Regal began by managing our own student and residential portfolio, holding the compliance risk directly and carrying the cost of every inefficiency ourselves. Over fifteen years we have delivered more than 750 rooms and manage over 500 today through an in-house FM team.
Our principles are straightforward: a well-managed asset improves operations, holds compliance, reduces cost and extends asset life. That standard was built in residential, and today it underpins our work for clients across the North West, in a wide range of industries and services.
