Our Story

Regal began over fifteen years ago with the conversion of a five-bedroom HMO, a project that shaped our focus on how design impacts maintenance, compliance and long-term performance.

Since then, we have delivered more than 750 rooms and now manage over 500 through our in-house team. Working as both developer and operator allows us to design buildings that function effectively once occupied.

Today, we specialise in sustainable refurbishment, structured delivery and long-term management, creating homes that perform reliably for residents and investors
